BurtiNET is a Turkish company, BNET Bulut Bilişim, keeping its servers in Istanbul. There are no dedicated servers, the whole list is virtual: KVM, NVMe drives, up to 12 cores and 32 GB of RAM. Windows Server and Linux cost nothing extra. Prices are in dollars and exclude Turkish tax; card and bank transfer only.
